Remote monitoring, by the kind of site you run.

Every site Sentor is installed at has the same problem underneath it: something needs watching, nobody is there, and driving out to look is expensive. What differs is what needs watching and what happens when it goes wrong. Find the application closest to yours below.

Sentor remote monitoring solution for a telecommunications tower site with equipment shelter and power systems

Tower & Broadcast

Remote monitoring for telecommunications towers, broadcast and cell sites — RF power, batteries, rectifiers, generators, environment and site access, measured continuously and reported before a fault becomes an outage.

Sentor remote monitoring for an oil and gas pipeline valve station with field control equipment

Utilities & Oil / Gas

Reads the transmitters already fitted to your plant, acts on what they say without waiting for a server, and reports into the SCADA master you already operate.

Sentor security and access control monitoring for an industrial facility entrance with CCTV and electronic access

Security & Access Control

Card, keypad and biometric site access with full entry and exit logging, managed across every remote site from one system — so a card can be revoked without anyone driving to the site.

Sentor critical infrastructure monitoring for a dam facility with automated gates, sensors and control equipment

Government & Critical Infrastructure

Auditable remote monitoring and control for public-sector and critical infrastructure sites, from a supplier that has been building the same product line since 1995 and has supplied law enforcement, land management, transit, emergency services and transmission operators.

Sentor environmental monitoring solution with solar-powered telemetry, weather sensors and remote field equipment

Agriculture & Environment

Monitoring for remote, low-power sites with no fixed connectivity.

Sentor building automation system monitoring HVAC, electrical and access control within a commercial facility

Building & Facility Automation

HVAC, lighting, access and alarms on one screen, driving the Clipsal C-Bus wiring already in the building rather than replacing it.

What is the same everywhere

One controller, six very different jobs

The reason a single product line covers a transmitter site, a pump station and an office building is that all three reduce to the same four operations. Only the wiring and the rules change.

Sense

Equipment already on site is read as ordinary electrical signals — contact closures, 4–20 mA and voltage transmitters, temperature probes. Up to 80 inputs per controller.

Decide

Scenario logic written as plain if-this-then-that statements, stored and executed on the controller at the site rather than on a server elsewhere.

Act

Eight relay outputs per controller switch plant, doors, gates, lighting and alarms — automatically, or on command from an operator.

Report

Over cellular, IP, radio, microwave, satellite or landline, with every event written to a date-and-time-stamped log held at the site.

Because the deciding happens on site, a site that loses its link keeps working. You lose visibility, not control — and the log hands back the period you could not see. How the system works.

Your site does not fit neatly into one of these?

Most do not. Sentor has been configured for a very wide range of applications, and the quickest route is to tell us what is at the site and what you need to know about it.
